Atelier

Built for workshops that run on WhatsApp. Free for the driver.

The garage that stops answering the phone. Because nobody needs to call it.

Let us be honest about how a small workshop runs today: a phone that rings all morning, a notebook by the till, and the same conversation four times with the same customer.

WhatsApp on one phone. Emails on another. A text message someone saw and forgot. The car is in the workshop and the only person who knows where it is up to is the one holding the spanner.

And every call that comes in is twenty minutes that nobody gets paid for.

It does not have to work like that.

Atelier puts every message on one screen and files it in the car it belongs to. The mechanic opens one screen and sees what is urgent today. The customer opens theirs and sees where their car is up to, the way a parcel shows where it is.

No one has to keep two things up to date. What the customer sees comes out of what the workshop already did on its board — that is the whole idea, and everything else follows from it.

It works without any AI at all, the driver side is free and stays free, and there is nothing for you to install or keep alive. Poke around, and tell me what breaks.

The Atelier team Built for French workshops, in three languages

Two halves of the same job.

The workshop is dense and made for working. The customer side is calm and made for looking. Same code, two applications.

For the workshop

One screen tells you what is urgent today. The rest waits.

  • Every message from every channel, in one inbox
  • Each message filed in the right car, on its own
  • Devis and invoices, sent and signed off from the phone
  • A diary your customers can book into

For the driver

You stop calling to ask, because you already know. And your car keeps its history even if you change workshop.

  1. Appointment confirmed
  2. Car taken in
  3. Repair under way
  4. Ready to pick up

Little things, big difference.

A message that names a plate goes straight into that car, with no AI needed. A car nobody has touched gets a stripe of hazard tape down its side. Nothing goes out at night, and nobody gets told about their own action. A devis turns into an invoice without anyone typing the lines twice. Your opening hours make the slots your customers can actually book. A car keeps its history even when the driver moves to another workshop.

What it costs.

The driver side is free, and stays free. A workshop starts free and pays when it grows.

One more thing… your data is yours, and you can take it with you.

We run Atelier so that you do not have to: no server to keep alive, no update to install, nothing to back up on a Sunday. Your workshop's data is kept in Europe, copied every day, and you can export it or ask us to erase it whenever you want.

Common questions.

Is the driver side really free?

Yes, and it stays free. No plan, no limits, no card. A workshop starts free too and only pays when it outgrows the first plan.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. Every screen works with the AI switched off — messages come in, you sort them by hand, the board works, appointments work and devis go out. And nothing reaches a customer because a model decided so: someone in the workshop confirms first.

Who keeps my data?

We do, and only so that Atelier works. It sits on servers in Europe, copied every day, and it is never sold and never shared. You can export everything in your account at any time, and if you leave you can ask us to erase it for good.

What happens when I change workshop?

The car keeps its history. It lives in your own account, not in the workshop's, so it goes with you.

What languages does it speak?

English, French and Spanish. The language belongs to the account, not to the person: a whole workshop works in one language, and the owner changes it in Settings.

Go on, let us have a look.
